1. An Atomic Essay from Dickie Bush about Process Dopamine and how to use it to do things more consistently - I've used the 2 tips he introduces nearly every time I sat down to write, and it absolutely changed the game for me.

2. A YouTube video from Dan Koe about his morning routine - It helped me to absolutely update my ownand also perceive morning routines in a different way.

3. A book The Obstacle Is The Way by Ryan Holiday. I'm actually re-reading the book, but now, I have absolutely different perspective on it I literally feel how is it changing my life. If you're going through a hard phase in your life (or want to prepare for one) give it a go.
